Delivery Information

1. UK Deliveries

1.1 We use Royal Mail, UPS, and Amazon Delivery for UK orders.
1.2 Standard Delivery: We aim to prepare and dispatch orders the same or next working day (Monday–Friday). Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. If your order has not been dispatched within 3 working days, please contact us.
1.3 Larger or heavier orders may be sent with UPS or Amazon Delivery.
1.4 Royal Mail Standard services are not tracked.
1.5 UPS and Amazon deliveries are tracked and may require a signature.
1.6 Next Day Delivery is available for Animation Kits. Orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day. (e.g. an order placed Friday before 2PM will arrive Monday.)
1.7 We do our best to meet these timescales but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. weather or courier issues).
1.8 If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact Customer Services on 033 3344 5471 or support@zu3d.com.
1.9 Lost or damaged orders will be replaced free of charge.
1.10 Large volume orders may incur extra shipping charges – we will confirm this with you before dispatch.


2. International Deliveries

2.1 We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, UPS, Amazon Delivery (where available), and other trusted couriers.
2.2 Orders under 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail (non-tracked). Please allow up to 20 working days (though most arrive within 10).
2.3 Orders over 2kg are shipped via UPS or equivalent tracked service. Delivery normally takes up to 10 working days, depending on the destination, and will require a signature.
2.4 Import duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
2.5 Some countries restrict certain items or order values. We cannot refund shipping costs if an order is returned due to these restrictions.

2.7 Lost or damaged international orders will be replaced free of charge.
2.8 Our carriers may be unable to deliver to certain countries due to political, environmental, or operational issues. If this occurs, your shipment will be returned to us. You may request a refund in these cases.
2.9 Large or bulk international orders may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed with you before dispatch.
